Job Title: Marketing Analyst

Job Location: Nigeria

 Job Description

  • Provide actionable and insightful information from advanced statistical modeling, data mining, segmentation, customer profiling and quantitative analyses.
  • Identify media cross-channel relationship, industry lead generation trends, and retention or acquisition opportunities.
  • Assess opportunities to improve customer profitability, validate and track model performance, and assess customer behavior over time.
  • Participate in strategic marketing decisions for a variety of customer segments, advertising, direct marketing, and promotional issues.
  • Synthesize data into messages and very succinct presentations that aid in managerial decision making.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelors' Degree in Marketing, Businesses, Communications or other related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on analysis (Ideally in a lead generation industry)
  • Experience working with database programs, CRM systems, etc.
  • Excel power user, strong PowerPoint skills
  • Superb written and oral communication skills
  • Data-savvy, critical thinker with keen attention to detail

Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Job Description

  • Research, plan and manage internal/external list needs in relation to exchanges/rentals, direct mail, and telemarketing.
  • Analyze response reports and make recommendations to select best target audience.
  • Provide target demographic profiles and research analysis to inform creative development and messaging in direct mail campaigns.
  • Manage invoice tracking system and expenditure report for marketing department.

Job Qualifications

  • B.A. or B.S. in Business, Marketing/Sales, Communications correlated field.
  • 3+ years marketing experience preferred.
  • Must have extensive computer skills including Microsoft Office suite.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to work with teams in a fast-paced, goal oriented environment.
  • Must have the ability to multi-task and work within deadlines.
  • Must be positive, hardworking and strategic.

Job Title: Marketing Operations and Insights Analyst

Job Description

  • Create and maintain marketing dashboards designed to provide insights on and distributed for consumption by campaign marketing, product marketing and executive management.
  • Analyze sales & marketing results and use statistical modeling to determine what marketing campaigns are working and what factors drives success.
  • Process and analyze monthly marketing expenses in marketing accounting system and use in reporting to track mROI.
  • Assist in the management and continuous improvement of marketing operational processes and systems required to drive all of marketing campaigns.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years' of B2B marketing operations experience.
  • Knowledge of marketing best practices and performance metrics.
  • Aptitude for measurement, analysis, and reporting.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player.
