NES Global Talent has an excellent opportunity for a Recruitment Advisor to join a multinational business with over 10,000 employees in Nigeria. You'll assist in the management of recruitment and talent services for their various business units at all levels from operations through to director level.

This multinational business is looking for a Recruitment Advisor who can assist the Senior HR Advisor in developing the right policies and procedures for recruitment across Nigeria, Mozambique and Angola. You'll ensure the candidates have an excellent experience throughout the entire recruitment process.

As Recruitment Advisor your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting management on getting new requisitions signed off and putting the necessary planning in place before the recruitment
  • Develop best practise recruitment tools
  • Directly source candidates at all levels as well as managing agency referrals.

The Recruitment Advisor will:

  • Be degree qualified or equivalent
  • CIPD or equivalent in HR
  • Be FLUENT IN PORTUGUESE.
  • It is essential to have experience in an international setting
  • Oil and Gas experience is not essential but may prove advantageous
