Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Location:  Lagos

JOB OBJECTIVES:

  •  Develop, Expand and Generate New Businesses
  •  Responsible for Product Development and Marketing
  •  Writing Contract Proposals for the Company
  •  Presentation and Meeting Potential Customers
  • Supervise Staff under his or her direct report

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  •  Good and friendly personality
  •  Deposit mobilization
  •  Creation of quality Risk Assets
  •  Strong people management skills
  •  Selling and marketing financial services and products

Skill and Experience:

  •  B.sc in any relevant field.
  •  Equivalent of Senior Banking Officer or Assistant Manager in a bank.
  •  5 years experience in the sales of financial services and products.
  •  Good credit knowledge and credit administration.
  •  Ability to write reports and proposals within a short time frame.
  •  Excellent Interpersonal skills.
  •  Good presentation skills.
  •  Strong communication skills.
