Episode Interiors is recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Customer Service/Marketing Executive
Job Location: Lagos
 

Job Description

  • Attending to walk in customers
  • Soliciting clients’ feedback
  • Attending to clients’ complaints
  • Sales (out-door/in-door)

Requirement

  • OND, HND or B.Sc in any discipline.

Desired Qualities:

  • Very friendly
  • A good listener
  • Energetic, versatile and multitasking
  • Must be prompt and a fast thinker
  • Excellent interpersonal skill
  • Good human relations
  • Very versatile with the computer.
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Must be able to read and write well
  • Persuasive and influencing skill
  • Ability to use self initiative
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • In addition, the desired candidate must be able to do social media marketing (e.g, facebook, bulk SMS, twitter, etc) effectively. This is a plus.
  • Candidates who have worked previously in interior design companies, furniture and fittings and/or showroom will be given consideration.
