- The role of the account manager (AM) is to develop and execute the strategic sales and marketing plans for the key accounts (Business Plan outlined by the Director of sales and Marketing).
- The AM shall be responsible for managing all areas of business relationship with the key accounts
- The AM is the main contact with all key accounts and is the liaison between the various business departments and the key accounts. The account manager reports directly to the Senior Business manager

- Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other staff members in other departments working on the same account
- Meet deadlines for delivery in assigned accounts
- Respond to bids
- Prepare proposals and official letters
- Report to sales Director
- Any additional duties assigned by manager
- Proficiency in Microsoft office Applications for sales reporting, bids & campaigns
- Understand and sell partner products/solutions for HP and Lenovo
- Build and maintain relationship in assigned accounts (manufacturing, Oil & Gas)
