Women Friendly Initiative (WFI) is a non-governmental organization dedicated to the improvement of the quality of life of particularly women, children and the youth. 

POSITION : Director of Programs

 Description

Working with the Chief Executive Officer, this senior management role will set, achieve and maintain high standards, best practices, and donor guidelines while fostering needs driven innovations in all WFI efforts and initiatives.

Qualifications 

  • A degree in the Health Sciences, Social Sciences or Communication Art.
  • A post graduate diploma/degree in Public Health, Humanities, Social sciences, Communication, Business management or equivalent will be an added advantage
  • A minimum of 5 years cognate experience in an NGO, State or Federal Ministry of Health, or donor funded environment with expertise in the design, implementation, monitoring and reporting results of health and social enhancement programs is desired
