Smartflow Technologies Limited a Flow and Level Automation company. Smartflow Technologies Limited is involved in the supply, installation and support of fuelling systems and equipment,Pumps and Dispensers.

POSITION : Calibration Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Design platform for processes related to ECM calibrations like speedometer/ odometer, fuel measurer and other diagnostics.
  • Design and facilitate all common calibration procedures with organization.
  • Perform tests and rides and monitor development of best common calibrations.
  • Maintain and update all process calibrations related to platform functions for designing vehicle programs
  • Evaluate function calibrations at levels of 65%, 80%, 99%, and 100% to ensure precision and uniformity in process.
  • Perform assessment, modeling and calibration resources to lessen calibration lead time.
  • Provide an interface with all power train lead calibrators
  • Provide technical resolution for all new and existing programs.
  • Manage all assignments which require advanced principles application.
  • Perform and validation all calibration Diesel/PMS engine controls for performance and emissions
  • Participate in various calibration improvement of engines and assess it in laboratory and, all cold, hot and altitude fields.
  • Manage and implement all pre calibration processes and apply it effectively to all vehicle/tanks.
  • Determine and maintain all hardware and software tools and coordinate with various engine management system.
  • Assist other departments and define specifications related to hardware tools and subsystem and ensure achievement of future calibration goals.
  • Supervise technical and business literatures pertaining to hybrid control methodologies.

 

POSITION : Sales Executive

Responsibilities

  • Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
  • Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
  • Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
  • Developing quotes and proposals
  • Identifying new sales leads
  • Pitching products and/or services
  • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
  • Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
  • Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events

Requirement

  • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.

 

POSITION : HR/Admin Intern

Responsibilities

  • Managing employee’s data using Microsoft application and HR Softwares.
  • Assist in the recruitment process
  • Processing of staff requests and administer memos to staff, departments and external stakeholders.
  • Register new staff on the electronic clocking machine and assist on the onboarding sessions for new hires
  • Filing of incoming or outgoing correspondence/documents
  • Filling of documents into employee files
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
  • Perform data entry and scan documents
  • Manage calendar for Managing Director
  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems
  • Assist in managemt of company’s vehicle
  • Perform other related duties as may be required

Requirements

  • A minimum of OND/HND or B.Sc. in any Social Science discipline. Or NYSC member
  • HR working experience will be an advantage
  • Proficiency in the use Excel, Word, PowerPoint and outlook
  • Good Interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills
  • People oriented and willing to learn
