Zulwa a property listings website providing a platform for property owners and real estate agents to connect seamlessly with millions of prospective clients online and complete real estate Transactions. 

POSITION : Operations Manager

Description

The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support Zulwa’s needs.

The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units.

The ideal candidate should have previous experience in the real estate and business development scene.

It is imperative that the candidate for this position is able to create detailed and innovative strategies.

This management position is reserved for a bright, dedicated and ambitious individuals willing to be a coveted contributor and a major team player in achieving the elaborate vision set out by the company.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant field
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role is an added advantage
  • Basic IT skills (database management, MS Office)
  • Budget development and oversight experience
  • Leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of organization
  • Comfort working with multiple groups in the company.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
  • Manage the daily functions of the company
  • Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes
  • Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed
  • Setting and reviewing budgets and managing cost
  • Researching new technologies, nosiness strategies and alternative methods of efficiency
  • Contributes towards the achievement of company’s strategic and operational objectives.
