Job Description

  • We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and enthusiastic Social Media Manager who must be social media savvy to join our team.
  • Your duties include implementing and monitoring our social media campaigns across all social media networks. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts on all social media platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Optimise content for the website and social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc. (Solid experience in building active followers on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram).
  • Plan, execute, implement and oversee social media platforms' and content strategies.
  • Must be able to stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
  • Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organise their distribution through various social media platforms.
  • Development of brand awareness and online reputation on social media platforms.
  • Track the website traffic flow and provide internal reports regularly.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies for our social media handles.
  • Understand metrics and KPIs of accounts and continually suggest optimizations to improve campaign performance on our social media handles.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Capacity to prioritise and work on multiple projects.
  • Ability to work independently and flexibly.

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND / B.Sc Degree in Marketing or relevant field.
  • At least 3 years experience in Social Media Management.
  • Must have excellent writing skills.
  • Must be highly intelligent.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office User (Advance).
  • Good presenter (PowerPoint and other presentations).
  • Passionate and dedicated to assist in promoting the business towards increasing sales, profit, and revenue.
  • Working knowledge of advertising serving tools.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
