Job Description
- Individualized Tutoring: Tailor tutoring sessions to meet the individual needs of each student. Identify areas of improvement and create personalized learning plans to address their weaknesses.
- Language Instruction: Teach grammar, vocabulary, and language mechanics to enhance students' reading, writing, speaking, and listening abilities.
- Reading Comprehension: Help students develop strong reading comprehension skills by analyzing texts, understanding literary devices, and interpreting complex passages.
- Writing Skills: Assist students in developing their writing skills, including essay structure, argumentation, creativity, and effective communication.
- Language Analysis: Teach students how to analyze literature, poetry, and non-fiction texts, focusing on themes, literary elements, and critical thinking.
- Oral Communication: Improve students' oral communication skills, encouraging them to express themselves confidently and articulately.
- Essay Review: Provide constructive feedback on students' essays, highlighting areas for improvement and offering guidance on how to strengthen their writing.

Educational Qualification and Experience
- Candidates should possess a B.Ed and any other relevant qualification
- A minimum of 5 years teaching experience is required.
- Cambridge Experience/Certifications is required.
