Job Title: Application Support

Job Location: Nigeria

Job Description

  •     Provision of second level client support to troubleshoot and resolve all non-code-related technical problems including Database, operating system, web-server, integration, networking, and hardware issues, amongst others.
  •     Involvement in all application administration activities relating to preventive maintenance including re-deployment, database management, Data scripting, Infrastructure Monitoring and Management amongst others.
  •     Detection of code-related application problems and its resolution or escalation as at when required.
  •     Provision of a reliable interface between client IT support personnel and business units during implementation, maintenance, and support engagements by giving regular and timely work progress updates.
  •     Other support interactions with clients to ensure client satisfaction in line with the company’s business goals.

Job Title: Human Resources (Training Officer)

Job Description

  •     Coordinate the organisation's learning academy based on organisational and employee needs.
  •     Coordinate the organisation's quarterly Leadership, Sales and Client Relations workshop.
  •     Use questionnaires and surveys in consultation with managers and employees to analyze training needs as they relate to the goals of the organization and work area.
  •     Compile training manuals.
  •     Develop training resources, which may involve preparing notes, audio, visual displays and assesments.
  •     Arrange or conduct training courses, which may involve setting up equipment such as video recorders and cameras, leading group discussions or role-playing activities.
  •     Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using surveys, questionnaires, interviews and by observation, in order to plan future courses or to amend existing ones.
  •     Obtain information on work-related external courses, prepare reports on their suitability and make recommendations on staff attendance at training courses.
  •     Prepare, administer and conduct training assessments.

Job Description

  •     Analysis of software's functional and technical requirements as well as design peculiarities and architecture to identify relevant testing considerations.
  •     Creation of test plans that contain expected timelines for completion and address all considerations raised during the analysis phase.
  •     Articulation and documentation of test information including test scripts, test scenarios, test data, pre-conditions and test outcomes.
  •     Manual or automated execution of test scripts.
  •     Analysis of testing output to identify discrepancies and uncover defects.
  •     Reporting and tracking of defects isolated during testing and verification of corrections made.
  •     Management of each testing engagement to ensure that minimum quality standards are achieved within stipulated timelines.

Job Title: Software Developer

 Job Description

  •     Modelling, Design, Implementation/Development of Software Products and Solutions with a Software Development Team.
  •     Articulation of Deployment Procedure Documents.
  •     Deployment & Integration of Developed or Packaged Solutions in Production Environments or Live Service Systems.
  •     Provision of Technical Support (bug fixing, functional extensions or documentation) for deployed Solutions.
  •     Develop, test, debug, implement and maintain applications for documentation and meetings management.
  •     Develop, test, debug, implement and maintain applications using the standard Web-based and client server development frameworks and technologies ASP.NET, C#, C++, MS SQL Server.
  •     Develop, test, debug and implement applications using standard development methodology and tools Scrum, Agile, TFS.
  •     Develop applications with optimized code within the .NET framework using ORM tools such as NHibernate to carry out database transactions efficiently.
  •     Carry out all required testing and quality assurance and ensure that deliverables meet software requirements based on agreed timeframes and milestones.
  •     Provide assistance, training to the end users and write comprehensive technical documentation using the standard tools TFS and ensure that the application code is described clearly.

  •     Integration of applications to client's infrastructure that require the application to work seamlessly (e.g. Active Directory, Exchange Server, FEP, CBA etc.)
  •     Responsible for all client site engagements during the life time of project implementation.
  •     Responsible for stabilizing application in pilot stage.
  •     Responsible for data migration if required during project implementation.
  •     To articulate and implement on-premise application deployment plans during the implementation phase of software projects.
  •     To ensure the timely integration of software solutions to the relevant applications third party systems.
  •     To contribute directly to the achievement of daily, weekly, monthly and long term integration system objectives and diagnosis.
  •     Troubleshoot third party integration issues.
  •     Articulate and document system integration procedures.
  •     Adopt and adhere to approved system integration and pilot support policies.
