Iyke Trends Limited - Our service is dedicated to potential buyers of vehicles who value their time and money. Our company specialises in importing new, used or accident cars and auto parts from the USA. On special request we also deliver motorcycles, yachts, boats, jet skis, quads and other vehicles from the USA.

We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Secretary

Job Location: Lagos
 

Job Summary

  • Make and receive telephone calls.
  • Takes messages and answer inquiries.
  • Maintain schedules and calendars.
  • Sorting and handing out post.
  • Photocopying and scanning documents.
  • Ordering supplies.
  • Care of supplier contracts, price quotations and other paperwork.
  • Maintain an electronic file of Corporate Documents, records and reports.
  • Preparation of staff salaries, and benefits.
  • Account preparation and Financial reports.
  • Maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
  • Liaison with internal and external contacts.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • At least 2 years experience.
  • Experience in tax matters.
  • Organisational skills.
  • Must be willing to learn fast.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professional etiquette.
  • Maintain efficient office procedures and a system for keeping track of requested actions and reports.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely in both written and oral form.
  • Knowledge and ability of record keeping methods, keyboarding and preparation of correspondence.
  • Regular user of MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Type from rough draft and keyboard at an efficient rate of speed.
