Job Title: Call Center Supervisor

Job Location: Agungi, Lekki, Lagos.

Qualifications / Requirements 

  • University graduate.
  • Must have been a call center supervisor for more than 3-4 years
  • Being a call center manager already would be an added advantage
  • Strong use of Microsoft Excel
  • Must be very good with Power Point Presentation
  • Must have excellent knowledge of call center deliverable
  • Must have presentation skills, interpersonal skills, reporting, analytical and problem solving skills.

Salary

  • Between N100,000 to N200,000 monthly.
