Possible and Affordable Solutions Limited - We design, produce and sell FURNITURE of all kinds; home, office, hotel, boutique, interior solutions/decorations. We are concerned with functions and aesthetics.

We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Customer Service Representative

Job Location: Lagos
  

 Job Description

  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
  • Use telephones to reach out to customers.
  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
  • Advise on company information.
  • Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
  • Place or cancel orders.
  • Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale.
  • Suggest solutions whemalfunctionshas default.
  • Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation.
  • Inform customer of deals and promotions.
  • Sell products and services.
  • Work with customer service supervisor to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.

Educational and Experience

HND/BSc
1 year + Experience.

Digital Marketing Associate

Job Location: Lagos
 

 Job Description

  • Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
  • Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns
  • Utilising a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.
  • Overseeing the social media strategy for the company.
  • Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
  • Managing the redesign of the company website.
  • Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website
  • Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing
  • Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.

Educational Qualification

  • HND/B.Sc (or its equivalent).
  • Experience: 2 years + in digital marketing.
  • Candidates applying must be available for immediate employment.
