Our client, a leading Business Process Outsourcing firm, with a strong focus in sub-Saharan Africa is seeking to recruit for the position of Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Human Resource

 

LOCATION - IBADAN AND ILORIN

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY

  1. Human resources operations
  2. Training and development
  3. Talent acquisition
  4. Payroll
  5. Employee welfare
  6. Employee relations

Minimum qualification

  • Graduate / Post graduate with at least 6-7 years of relevant experience in medium size Domestic / International BPO of repute.
  • Must have minimum experience of 5 – 7 years
