Position: Chief Operations Officer - Facilities Management

Job Details
Prospective candidate will be responsible for the development and delivery of strategic and mid-term goals of the company, as well as the management of human and material resources of the facilities management division of the company.
Must possess a first degree in marketing, business, engineering, estate management or related field with a minimum of 10 years post qualification experience in the facilities management or related industry. Possession of an MBA or second degree will be an added advantage. A certified facilities manager or related professional qualification will be preferred

Job Details

Position: Group Financial Accountant

Job Details
The group financial accountant will be responsible the coordination of development, generation and interpretation of financial data and reports for all divisions of the company's business. The GFA will also be responsible for the development and management of the company's finance and investments strategies as well as the development and implementation of strategic cost management policies of the company. Prospective candidates must possess a minimum of B.Sc. or HND in Accountancy, as well as ACA qualification or its equivalent. Competencyin the implementation and use of computerized accounting system is
compulsory. Familiarity with tally accounting software may be an added advantage. A minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in the services or manufacturing industry is an essential requirement.
Position: National Operations Managers

Job Details
Prospective candidates must be graduates of Engineering, Sciences, Management or Estate management with a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in Facilities Management or Janitorial Services. Expertise and professional certifications in project management. logistics management or Business Process Management is highly essential.

Job Details
Prospective candidates must possess B.Sc. or HND in Marketing or Business administration or any relevant discipline with a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in facilities management or janitonal, services industry. Possession of an MBA and or Professional marketing qualifications as well as demonstrable verifiable results in facilities or janitorial services industry will be added an advantage
