He/she will also be responsible for day-to-day management of the Mobile Financial Services subsidiary, in order to drive the adoption of mobile money and mobile banking by subscribers, merchants and agents. • Identify opportunities and develop strategies that will ensure that products and deliverables are of the highest quality to ensure client satisfaction.
• Effectively direct, coordinate and monitor all sales, operations and market development activities.

The role oversees both Corporate and Consumer segments of the business. Key responsibilities will be to:
• Support the Divisional CEO in budget preparation and champion the delivery of the team’s budget.
• Provide insights to the Divisional CEO to support the development of the Sales strategic plan and execution approach.
• Oversee the generation of relevant market intelligence and feed this to the Divisional CEO towards crafting effective strategies to improve product market share.
• Report all team activities on budget allocation and execution to the Divisional CEO.
• Promptly flag off any risk or compliance issues likely to affect sales opportunities (existing/potential).

A key function will be to design, code, test, analyse and manage software programs and applications that drive the IFIS’s strategy, product owners and third-party business. Key responsibilities will be to:
• Advice and informs management, departments and unit members on technical issues as part of the decision making process for technical direction and procurement of new systems.
• Assist with the planning and deployment of infrastructure security measures.
