MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
OPERATIONAL FUNCTIONS
- Responsible for creating marketing templates such as Introductory Letters, Company Profiles.
- Justify, prepare and present realistic plans and budgets.
- Monitor the team’s activities and ensure they are in line with the laid down job descriptions.
- Drive team to achieve KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) through reviewing their internal and external activities such as:
- Screening their prospect lists,
- Assessing the number of proposals being pushed out,
- Liaising with the sales support team to get client feedback
- Analyse, prepare and summit weekly unit reports.
- Conduct in-house meetings and informal appraisals.
- Create internal reward schemes.
MARKETING DUTIES
- To plan and implement marketing strategies in line with company growth strategies.
- Justify, prepare, and present realistic annual marketing and sales budget.
- Review the marketing and sales programmes quarterly to determine if sales targets have been achieved and mitigate any reduction in sales budget.
- Identify new product opportunities
- Lead the marketing team in all aspects and ensure that maximum revenues are generated as a result of marketing.
- Segmentation analysis of the market to determine which area the company is selling and develop strategy to increase sales in other areas.
- Participate in trade fairs and shows to extend and win new markets.
- Develop ideas and create offers for direct mail and marketing to major accounts and main market sector.
- Attends and represent the organization at external customer meetings, and internal meetings as well as other company functions necessary to perform duties capable of promoting business development.

Education And Experience
- B.SC in Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in related field
- Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role
