IT OPERATIONS ENGINEER

Our client, a leading Business Process Outsourcing firm, with a strong focus in sub-Saharan Africa is seeking to recruit for the position of IT Operations Engineer

 

LOCATION – LAGOS

PRIMARY ROLE

L1/L2 support for the voice related equipments and ensure the proper functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Preventive Maintenance
  • Operations & Maintenance
  • Technology Down time notification to the operations and Vendor Support Management
  • Co-ordination for new process implementation in OPCO locations.
  • Providing training to Freshers/IT Trainees
  • Installation and Maintenance of Voice Application
  • Maintaining the Agent Telephones
  • Co-Ordination between end users & Technology Team
  • Continuous monitor productivity and effectiveness of ACD ,IVR, Logger Systems
  • Regular Maintenance and Backup of ACD, IVR ,Logger & Dialer and ensure High Availability
  • Creating, Maintaining and Escalating Service Request to various levels based on the Severity
  • Doing the (Daily/Weekly/Monthly)PM Check
  • Co-Ordination with IVR & PD team

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

  • 1-4 Years Experience in Contact center Technology, Hands-on Experience on Contact Center Voice Technologies and Voice infrastructure management
  •  Process and product Certifications like ITIL, AVAYA/Nortel/Aspect etc. will be added advantage.                                                                                                                                      
  • Education : B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc/ B.Sc/Diploma with additional professional qualifications, specialisation certification in the area of contact Center technologies.
