Responsibilities for the include:
- Set up interview appointments and testing stations on interview days
- Post-interview processing (send out follow up documentation)
- Set up and maintain employee files including certification tracking (for expiration) on file
- Set up and administer employee email and logins for on-line scheduling program
- Assist in the orientation process for new employees
- Assistance with the employees' benefits programs, including enrollment, terminations, COBRA notification, answer staff questions, open enrollment
- Assist in the development and implementation of staff/faculty event activities/all-staff meetings
- Process terminations' paperwork and follow up in company property retrieval
- Other administrative duties including preparing correspondence, copying, faxing, filing, and preparing purchase requisitions as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years experience in an office environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft WORD, Excel, and Power Point
- Knowledge of Human Resources regulations and practices
- Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of employees
- Must be able to multi-task and think critically, display strong attention to detail and work effectively under pressure
- Must be familiar with office equipment and have great communication and phone skills
- Maintain accurate records with excellent organization skills
- Convey professionalism and confidentiality
- Exercise sound judgment, strong interpersonal skills
