Position: Field Sales Executive
Job Description
- Conduct quality face to face in-home or in office sales presentations to prospective customers.
- Identify customer needs, wants, and desires and match with company products and diplomatically handle interactions with potential customers.
- Reconcile daily sales order with cash deposits and maintain documentation of sales orders.
- The field Sales Program is designed to approach potential customers with the aim of earning their new business, as well as maintaining good relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve established sales goals and quotas.
- Work independently and efficiently.
- Any other legal task as assigned on the job.
- They will also be responsible for making repeat sales to existing customers.
- This position allows unlimited earning potential based on sales performance.
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions as directed by management.
Skills/Attributes:
- Must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Have a stable work history.
- Maintain proper appearance/attitude at all times to represent the company in the community.
- Must have basic mathematical and computer skills.
- Proficient time management skills and ability to prioritize.
Qualifications
- A minimum of one year of proven sales experience.
- OND in any discipline.
- Knowledge of medical terms will be an advantage.
