Job Responsibilities
• Organize an ever changing calendar and complex schedule, both business and personal.
• Procure equipment, supplies and services as needed.
• Basic office administrative maintenance and general functions.
• Assist with any events, or other social gatherings that need to be planned.
• Monitor personal expenses and assist in bill payments.
• Conduct specialized research as needed Procurement of supplies, services and equipment as needed.
• Execute special requests and related duties as needed.
• Field heavy phone call volume and maintain contact information.
• Manage travel itineraries and expense reports, business and personal.
• Draft email and mail correspondence as well as coordinate mass mailings.
• Special errands as needed.
• Coordinate with other staff.
• Act as primary liaison.
Job Requirements:
• OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree from university.
• Background in any field.
• A minimum of 2 to 3 years related experience supporting Executive Director.
• Excellent computer skills in PC, including Word, Outlook, Excel and Internet.
• Poised and polished with a professional mindset.
• Superior judgment with confidential materials.
• Must know how to prioritize executive tasks.
• Ability to assist with both business and personal matters.
• Flexibility to work overtime.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and switch gears quickly.
