Global Profilers is a Recruitment & HR Services firm specialized in recruitment in Africa; our client, a Conglomerate company is currently seeking to employ suitably qualified candidate to fill the position of: 

Position: Generator Maintenance Engineer

Ref: 521
Category: Engineering, Technical
Sector: Pharma
Reports to: COO
Supervise: Installation, maintenance and repairs of Generator sets couple with the training of younger technicians
Career Level: Intermediate

Responsibilities

  • Completing log book of generators
  • Train Technicians
  • Meeting preventive maintenance schedules
  • Attending corrective maintenance as per complaint
  • General maintenance of generators both in office and residence
  • Maintaining proper records for Diesel from all locations
  • Maintaining proper records for vendors
  • Maintaining records and issuing of consumables
  • Any other job assigned by the superior

Qualification and Experience
Expectation/ Qualities:

  • Must have ability to work with patience and courtesy.
  • Ability to think quickly and logically to ensure expedient response.
  • Active Listening, Memory Retention, Negotiation & Persuasion skills
  • Must have completed a formal training program.
  • 2 years' experience
  • Proven record of hands on practical, productive, and electrical engineering skills
  • Reliability and Timely Response to duties
  • Excellent Communication Skills both Written & Verbal.
