Position: Human Resource Business Partner

Job Descriptions

  • WorkSpace is currently recruiting to fill this position is a clients firm.
  • The incumbent shall work in partnership with all areas of the firm to provide specialist coaching, support and influence that enable the firm to effectively deliver their people plans.
  • Provide a consultancy service that delivers HR best practice and commercially focused HR solutions that support the business area in conjunction with specialist HR functions.

Responsibilities

  • Shortlist Candidates, Test, Select, Offer Letter
  • Recruitment Report to HRD/HOD
  • Prompt to HODs to inquire how new staff is doing
  • Recruitment & Selection
  • Candidates Sourcing
  • Organisation & Logistics for interviews
  • On-going Probation Appraisal (after 3 months)

Database Management:

  • Develop and manage a recruitment database using Microsoft office tools
  • Capture New Hire vital statistics (Registration of NHF, HMO, Bank account number, PFA, etc)

Learning & Development Facilitation:

  • Manage Inductions, Orientation and Assimilation processes/presentations.
  • Develop Knowledge Hour curriculum and manage sessions

Self-Management:

  • This role is expected to take deliberate actions to enhance self-knowledge and improve professional practice
  • The role is also expected to make use of a supervisor and supervisory sessions to enhance professional competence and growth.
  • Compensation & Food Basket Surveys (Joint function)
  • Designs survey instrument templates
  • Conduct Primary & Secondary data collection

Welfare & Employee Support:

  • HMO & Hospitals
  • Loan processing

Qualifications

  • MBA (HRM), B.A English, CEFP Francais, Affiliate Membership (CIPD)
  • 1st Degree or equivalent, preferably in Humanities, Social Sciences

Preference for Higher Qualification

  • 4 - 6 years of post-qualification experience in a reputable HR consulting/ Recruitment and general experience in Human Resource function and Administration in a best practice organization.
