Position: Human Resource Business Partner
Job Descriptions
- WorkSpace is currently recruiting to fill this position is a clients firm.
- The incumbent shall work in partnership with all areas of the firm to provide specialist coaching, support and influence that enable the firm to effectively deliver their people plans.
- Provide a consultancy service that delivers HR best practice and commercially focused HR solutions that support the business area in conjunction with specialist HR functions.
Responsibilities
- Shortlist Candidates, Test, Select, Offer Letter
- Recruitment Report to HRD/HOD
- Prompt to HODs to inquire how new staff is doing
- Recruitment & Selection
- Candidates Sourcing
- Organisation & Logistics for interviews
- On-going Probation Appraisal (after 3 months)
Database Management:
- Develop and manage a recruitment database using Microsoft office tools
- Capture New Hire vital statistics (Registration of NHF, HMO, Bank account number, PFA, etc)
Learning & Development Facilitation:
- Manage Inductions, Orientation and Assimilation processes/presentations.
- Develop Knowledge Hour curriculum and manage sessions
Self-Management:
- This role is expected to take deliberate actions to enhance self-knowledge and improve professional practice
- The role is also expected to make use of a supervisor and supervisory sessions to enhance professional competence and growth.
- Compensation & Food Basket Surveys (Joint function)
- Designs survey instrument templates
- Conduct Primary & Secondary data collection
Welfare & Employee Support:
- HMO & Hospitals
- Loan processing
Qualifications
- MBA (HRM), B.A English, CEFP Francais, Affiliate Membership (CIPD)
- 1st Degree or equivalent, preferably in Humanities, Social Sciences
Preference for Higher Qualification
- 4 - 6 years of post-qualification experience in a reputable HR consulting/ Recruitment and general experience in Human Resource function and Administration in a best practice organization.
