Position: General Manager
Job Description
- Reporting to the Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO) This role is accountable for creating, Managing and enhancing the administrative, operations and logistics functions at the strategic level of the Group in Ibadan.
- He/She shall develop strategies and policies for the Group integration and synergy, with oversight responsibilities spanning general administration, human resources and facilities management.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Liaise with government agencies and maintain cordial relationship with them with a view to getting support when and if needed
- Coordinates and facilitate the group’s developmental efforts
- Report procedural deviation timely to the Group Headquarter while drawing attention of all job holders to observe anomalies for corrective and remedial actions
- Property and facility Management
- Provide direction in the development and implementation of Group Administrative policies and organisational structure
- Develop strategy, vision, objectives, and goals for the Group
- Monitor and control general administrative services for efficiency and cost effectiveness
- Periodic routine Management and inspection of property component
- Any other duties that may be assigned by Management
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 15-20 years experience, at least 5 years of which should be at Executive Management level.
- Working knowledge of organisational planning, policy development and budgeting is a must.
- First Degree in Management/Social Sciences, from a reputable University.
- Possession of MBA will be an added advantage.
- Membership of relevance professional body will be an added advantage.
- Candidate must be computer literate and have a fair knowledge of real estate management.
Remuneration
The remuneration package attached to this position is very competitive and negotiable depending on qualifications and experience.
