Randstad Construction Property Engineering - Our client, a well established construction management business with operations in various locations in Africa.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Position: Senior Project Manager

Job Descriptions
They have an immediate need for two senior project managers:

 

  1. Senior PM for a hotel build (250 key 5*)
  2. Large Retail Development
  • You will report in to a country manager and the two projects are based in Abuja and Lagos respectively.
  • You will have delivered either large hotel (high rise) projects or large retail developments from Cradle to Grave and will have experience dealing direct with the end client.
  • You will ideally have worked in Africa before although this is not essential.

 

Requirements

  • Previous hotel / retail development experience
  • Willing to be based in West Africa
  • We welcome applications from candidates of all ages.
  • Degree level education
  • Strong Communicator
  • Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the country where the position is based.

Skills:

  • Hotel Retail "mixed use development"
