Position: Customer Care Representative
Job Description

  • Are you bubbly and energetic, passionate about retail and do you have good customer relation skills? If the answer is yes, UNC Enterprises is looking for you to join the face of Customer Care officers in her organization.

Position Overview

  • Managing the front-end of the store Handling all customer queries
  • Providing excellent customer service Attending to all customer queries Assisting customers within the store and have extensive product/store layout knowledge.

Qualification/Requirements

  • Minimum of OND required in communication studies/business studies or related field.
