We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Position: Mechanical Engineer (Crusher, Raw Mill, Kiln, Cement Mill, Utilities & Pack house)

Department: Mechanical
Reports to: Section Head
Subordinates: 6-10
Relations: Internal (All departments)
External: Contractors, suppliers, manufacturers

Job Summary

Responsible for maintaining all plant machinery in such conditions that helps achieving the targets by carrying out planned maintenance , repair activities and maintenance programs at high quality and low cost.

Duties and Responsibilities

Allocate the means of and procedures for repair after receiving information for trouble shooting or any repair.
Implement on job training regularly for mechanical technicians.
Prepare the daily mechanical job plan.

Assign activities in accordance with other maintenance teams.
Ensure the work quality and provide information & solution while repair.
Achieve optimal availability of production equipment.
Allocate the means of and procedures for repair after receiving information for trouble shooting or any repair.
Implement on job training regularly for mechanical technicians.
Prepare the daily mechanical job plan.
Prepare monthly mechanical report.
Share in preparation of the yearly budget plan.
Prepare a yearly performance report.

Education

B.Sc from Engineering, Major - Mechanical
Knowledge and specific Experience:
Min 2 to 6 years of experience in the same field
Technical Skills:
Experience in cement production process Machines, tools worked with Measurement tools
Interpersonal & Management Skills:
Communication, leadership
Prepare monthly mechanical report.
Share in preparation of the yearly budget plan.
Prepare a yearly performance report.

Education

B.Sc from Engineering, Major - Mechanical

Knowledge and specific Experience:

Min 2 to 6 years of experience in the same field

Technical Skills:
