Lorache Consulting Limited - Our client, a Fast Moving Consumer Goods company, is currently seeking to employ suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of:

 Title: Secretary

Responsibilities

  • Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
  • Answering telephone calls, maintaining diaries & managing databases
  • Handling correspondence & arranging appointments
  • Liaising with relevant organisations
  • Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate of Secretariat studies from any recognise institution
  • Interpersonal skills, communication skills, team-working skills, time management, decision making and problem solving skills
