Starwood Hotels & Resorts Nigeria, is currently seeking to employ suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Position: Food and Beverage Director

Requirements

  • Management of F&B operation for property of 163 rooms, suites inclusive with 4 outlets and 4 bars and banquet capacity up to 1000 pax, golf club bar/restaurant.
  • Minimum of 5 year experience in similar position in international hotel group is required
  • Knowledge of french cuisine and experience is an asset for the brand.
  • Challenging environment in remote area of Nigeria
  • Excellent organisational skills, leadership skills, teambuilder, on job coaching, diplomacy, hands-on approach, flexibility, sense of humor, excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in english.
  • Age between 35 - 40.
