Position: Management Trainee
Job Descriptions
- To manage agencies and partners within our organization.
- To measure successes of different departments and units of the organization.
- To be a change agent in his/her unit or department.
- To ensure timely delivery of projects and reports.
- To ensure that staff under him or her are carried along with activities in the unit/department.
- To approve proposals and requests from various units.
- To manage store’s inventory with the company’s established policies.
- To receive, check and place all orders on the various partner platforms.
- To ensure that store’s account books are kept up to date.
- To ensure that work plans within established budgets with purpose to attain optimal store capacity.
- To researching and reporting on external opportunities.
- To understanding current and potential customers.
- To develop guidelines on how to execute projects and proposals.
- To provide a friendly and enthusiastic work environment.
- To work to meet targets in their departments.
- To set goals and work toward achieving them with minimal supervision.
- To make customers focused decisions, etc.
- To communicate effectively within his/her unit and out to top management for evaluation.
- To contribute positively to keep alive visions and missions of the organization.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Candidates should be ready to spend at least a week outside Lagos where the training may take place (under the care and cost of the organization).
- At least, NYSC experience is needed, working experience of between 1 year and above in any company may just be an advantage.
- Candidates should NOT be above 35 years of age as at the date of application
- Interested applicants should have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Banking/Finance, Accounting, Sociology and any related course.
- Candidates should have a knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Should be ready to undergo special training in different areas of our organization - Customers Relation, sales, counselling, funds management, service delivery, etc.
- No specific certification required, but any professional certification could be an added advantage.
Job Title: Information Security Specialist
Job Description
- To monitor compliance with the organization’s security policy and policy among employees, contractors and alliances, etc.
- To monitor internal controls systems to ensure that appropriate information access levels and security clearances are maintained.
- To perform information security risk analysis and periodic information system activities reviews for information security processes.
- To coordinate the development of the organization’s disaster recovery and businesses continuity plans for information systems and tests readiness.
- To serve as an internal information security consultant to the organization.
- To develop in association with the organization’s information security and privacy
- To design and develop in accordance with information security policies and procedure
- To implement the organization’s information security and procedure
- To provide direct information security training to the workforce
- To monitor advancements in information security technologies.
- To monitor changes in legislation and accreditation standards that affects information security.
- To communicate all technical reports regularly to information security Manager.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Working experience of between 1 - 3 years in marketing field is required (but not compulsory).
- Cisco CCNA- Security certification or CISSP.
- Professional Certifications in Certified Ethical Hacking (CEH) or CompTIA Security + or any other certification will be an added advantage.
- Candidates should possess a good first degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering/Information technology/Information System. OR
- Candidates should possess at least a HND (upper credit) in Computer Science/ Information System Management/Information Technology.
- Knowledge of network infrastructure and database application is required
- Good presentation and communication skills necessary.
