Randstad Construction Property Engineering - Our client is a well established construction management business with operations in various locations throughout Africa. They have an immediate requirement for a senior project manager with a strong background on high rise hotels developments.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 Title: Senior Project Manager - Hotels

Reference number: Hotels 1

Job Descriptions

  • As the Senior Project Manager you will have delivered high rise hotel developments and complexes from Cradle to Grave and will have experience dealing direct with the end client.
  • You will ideally have worked in Africa before although this is not essential.
  • You must have experience working on the client side of projects.

Requirements

  • Degree level education
  • Strong Communicator
  • Previous hotel and high-rise development experience
  • Willing to be based in West Africa
  • We welcome applications from candidates of all ages.
  • Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the country where the position is based.
