A leading and indigenous real estate company has vacancies for the following position.

Position: Project Officer

Requirements

  • B.Sc/HND in structural/civil/building Engineering with minimum of 2.2 grade and 3 years work experience in building such has residential estate and high rises.
  • Ability to-use auto card, excel and other project management softwares.
  • Project management certification is an added advantage and must have worked in reputable' construction company or Real Estate Company.


Position: Marketing Officer

Requirements

  • B.Sc in any social sciences course with a minimum of 2.2 grade and 3 years work experience as marketer in a real estate company.
  • Must be good at selling real estate products such as shops and houses.
  • Good communication- skills and computer literate and use of social media platforms for marketing.


Position: Business/Account Officer

Requirements

  • B.Sc in Business Management/Accounting with minimum of 2.2 grade and 3 years experience as an accountant and business manager, ability to develop company account, cash flow, write business proposal and keep proper book.
  • ICAN certification is an added advantage.
  •  

Position: Legal/HR officer

Requirements

  • Graduate of Nigerian law school with 3 years litigation experience.
  • Good communication skill and real estate experience.
  • HR experience is also an added advantage.


Position: Receptionist

Requirements

  • OND/HND holder.
  • Good communication skill.
  • 3 years experience and must live on the mainland.
  • Computer literate social media enable.
  • Must be a female.
