Position: Marine Technician and Trainer
Responsibilities
- Ensure the availability of outboard engines, related tools and spare parts in-conjunction with other relevant departments.
- Conduct regular in-house and on the field training in order to ensure maintenance is properly done.
- Working closely with customers to assess satisfaction.
- Assist in the regular appraisals of trainee technicians
- Analyses defect, adjusts and repairs electrical and mechanical systems of outboard motors.
- Implement HSE policy by encouraging a safe HSE culture.
Required Skill & Qualification
- Possess a minimum of HND in Mechanical Engineering.
- Knowledge of four stroke outboard engine.
- Good leadership and interpersonal skill.
- Should be able to work in a culturally diverse environment.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant engineering experience.
Position: National Service Manager
Responsibilities
- Establish service network according to sales network development.
- Develop training curriculum and execute training of service technicians and mechanics.
- Maximize productivity levels of service technicians
- Monitor all department warranty claim submissions and requisite credits and take action as required.
- Maintain high degree of customer satisfaction
Required Skill & Qualification
- B.Sc/HND in mechanical background
- Preferred background in motorcycles of all engine size
- Good communication skills both in written and oral.
- Ability to work independently.

Position: Quality Inspector
Job Roles
- Inspects & tests motorcycles and parts prior to delivery to ensure conformance with specified standards, using mechanical hand tools specification sheets.
- Turns screws bolts to adjust brake, carburettor, clutch, or timing of motor to attain specified performance, using hand tools
- Drives motorcycle over test area to detect malfunctions in engine defects in body assembly
- Verify the appearance of the Motorcycle and part to be sure it is in conformity with the standard and there is no scratch or broken parts.
- Compiles written report approving unit for shipment or specifies reason for disapproval. When test riding
Requirements
- Minimum Certificate of ND Holder in Engineering course or any related course
- Must have experience in quality control and inspection .
Skills
- Ability to adhere to Safety instructions
- Good technical knowledge
- Must know how to ride a Motorcycle
