We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Position: Productivity Support Officer (PSO)

Job Description

  • File Management (Ensuring that files are properly kept and secured)
  • Mail management ( Receipt and preparation of mails)
  • Dispatch of internal mails
  • General Office Operational support services (Not personal errand)
  • Work on Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Any other official duty that may be assigned by Supervisory Officer(s)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong computer skills
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Good written and oral communication
  • Very quick learner
  • Keen attention to details
  • Good team player
  • Relationship Management
  • Problem Solving
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite1

Educational Qualification

  • OND Graduate only (Minimum Lower Credit)
  • Age: Not more than 27 years
  • Experience in the banking industry will be an added advantage
