A & E Petrol Nigeria Limited, a leading company in the Oil and Gas sector, handles the distribution of the full range of oil and gas products, and is also actively involved In oil field maintenance, depot operations & oil servicing activities. 

As a result of its growth and operational expansion, it seeks to recruit suitable candidates Into the position below:

POSITION: Senior Accountant

The Job

  • Reporting to the company’s Financial Controller, the Senior Accountant shall be responsible for; monitoring & coordinating revenue generation; keeping prompt, accurate and comprehensive accounting records of the company and for preparing all management accounts and reports for the use of executive management, auditors and regulatory bodies, among other duties & responsibilities.

The Person

  • The ideal candidate must possess a good Bachelor Degree or HND in Accountancy or a business-related discipline, plus reputable professional accounting certification.
  • Must have minimum of 7 years relevant experience in finance and accounts function, at least 3 of which must be at managerial level.
  • An energy sector experience and knowledge of banking operation as it affects an energy company will be added advantage.
