Position : Product Manager

Responsibilities

Providing the sales team with the necessary product expertise to enable them to sell the product. This involves printed and electronic promotional material, FAQs, presentations, product training, and relevant papers.
Responsible for reviewing product data to ensure that the Sales Team is kept up to date on new developments regarding the companies or competitors’ products.
Act as point of first reference for all product related enquiries and work collaboratively with colleagues in Sales, Marketing Communications and Technical Solutions to address any issues that may arise.
Direct market research and intelligence gathering efforts to assess customer response to/ requirements for new products. Either conduct this research with Main One’s resources or manage an agency
Assist with the development of Go-To-Market plans and provide content for advertising, promotion and sales aids in accordance with the annual marketing plan.
Recommend value added services to drive customer retention
Identify and qualify opportunities for new business, products and services.
Define and direct marketing programs for demand creation, lead generation and interface for lead tracking and management.
Ensure the maintenance of updated records in the Customer Database.
Provide marketing support and / or assistance to other team members on product solutions.
Maintain a good level of understanding and knowledge of the Company’s products and services, ensuring that customer queries can be captured and dealt with accurately and appropriately.
Development of proposals for strategic sales opportunities.
Analyses of industry, customer and competitor trends via the Internet and written reports;
Work closely with third-party research companies to obtain, monitor and provide secondary research on the telecoms industry including product innovations and other insights that will help manager team in developing strategy to sustain and growth the business.
Support Manager by providing pertinent market information that will help the strategy development and business decision making process.
Preparing reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating findings into written text to aid decision making.

Qualifications

B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant disciplines. M.Sc./MBA would be an advantage.
5-10 years relevant experience with about 3-5years in Products Development/Marketing or Business Development.

Position : Service Delivery Officer

Responsibilities   

The Service Delivery Officer is responsible for carrying out administrative and sale support function within the organisation.   The primary responsibility is to manage Customer acquisition and sales process lifecycle, including Third Party engagement for delivery of service to Main One Customers in Accra.

 Specifically, other Responsibilities include:

Responding to all inbound enquiries via Walk in, Telephone, Email and Website regarding MainOne services
Maintain accurate customer records via CRM tool sales force.
Monitor and tracks lead conversion process to ensure the sales team has viable leads to pursue.
Manage third party vendors to ensure SLA are met, provide performance report, service credit reconciliation and timely cancellation of service order where applicable to ensure MainOne is not exposed in any way
Ensure timely delivery as committed in provisioning implementation plan
Track and monitor agreement made in contract between MainOne and its customer and ensuring contractual obligations are adhered to by both parties.
Prepares regular reports on provisioning, lead generation and new sales report for management use.
Provide network operations with all service documentation (circuit details, customer escalation matrix) to enable them effectively support customer.
Work with Network Operations to monitor and manage customer satisfaction issues ensuring required cross-functional interventions
Monitor customer utilization and alert the sales team on upselling opportunities.
Share monthly availability graph and report  to customers to remind that  of Main One service reliability to encourage them take up new capacity
Schedule monthly QOS meeting with customer in order to build strong relationship with them to help in retention.
Incorporate feedback and challenges from customers and escalating to the appropriate team to ensure all outstanding issues are brought to a closure.

Supervision:

To work directly under the supervision of the Service Delivery Supervisor

Qualifications, Skills  & Competencies

Bachelor's Degree in relevant disciplines
Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent interpersonal skills
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience within the industry (experience in a Junior sales role is also adequate)

Position : Finance Manager

Responsibilities
The Finance Manager is responsible for Preparation of Management Accounts, Bank & Cash Management, Payments & Payables Management and Management of Customers’ Invoicing. Ensuring completeness, accuracy and validity of transactions for accruals and revenue. 

Other responsibilities shall include the following:

Supervision of Payable & Receivable Staffs
Review of General Ledgers and Accuracy of Data Entry
Ensure review and timely preparation of schedules associated with the GL.
Vendors’ Payment Reconciliation Management.
Fixed Asset Management
Development and Implementation of Accounting policies
Maintenance of System of Internal Control
Tax Management & Other Regulatory Compliance
Liaising with External Auditor for Statutory Audit
Treasury Management and Efficiency

Contacts:

Areas of contact include External Parties-Bankers, Auditors, Tax Authorities, Consultants, Government Agencies, Vendors, Customers and Internal Customers-other departments on related accounts/finance issues.

Qualifications, Skills & Competencies

Bachelor's degree in business (Finance, Accounting, or similar) required; ACA/ACCA.
8-12 years relevant experience.
Financial Reporting and Analysis
Technical Indepth in Book Keeping
Proficiency in the use of MS Office Applications
Knowledge of IFRS
Understanding of business regulatory environment
Effective communication (written and oral).
Familiarity with Multi Currency environment
