POSITION: Digital Marketing Specialist 

Job Description

  • Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company’s online assets/property
  • Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the assets/property
  • Developing, conceptualizing, deploying and managing digital marketing campaigns
  • Overseeing the management of social media strategy for the company.
  • Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness for the company and digital assets clients.
  • Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company’s asset in the digital space
  • Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure proper use of analytics and data in managing and deploying campaigns for the growth of the company’s asset in the digital space.
  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments and new trends in the digital space.
  • Devise creative and innovative ways to leverage on social media for professional and business purposes.
  • Ensure appropriate tracking is implemented across all campaigns, and produce end of campaign reports as required.
  • Evolve the current analytics platforms and determine an approach towards the management of data. You will also be required to develop monthly reports on the performance of online marketing campaigns and other marketing activities.

Qualification and Skills

  • Minimum of a first degree or its equivalent in business administration, public administration or a closely allied discipline.
  • 2-3 years of working experience as Digital Marketer/ Public Relations Staff in a Media, advertising, PR or branding Company.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Proven delivery of digital marketing campaigns and web development projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in website management via a Content Management System.
  • Knowledge in performance conversion metrics.
