JOB POSITION: Head Mechanic (Oil & Gas)
Job Description
Effectively repairs all Mack and Man- diesel truck.
Monitor and help to evaluate the work performance of mechanics and mechanic helpers, offer recommendations on weekly, months and evaluations.
Maintain an inventory of need parts and supply.
Assist in upgrading mechanics’ skills and work performance through on the job training, task performance monitoring, and modeling techniques.
Establish an efficient and effective system of routine automotive maintenance and preventive care. Establish and maintain cost and repair record system.
Requirements
B.Sc or HND in Mechanical Engineering.
Competency in the repair of Mack and Man Diesel Truck.
