Job Position: Financial Advisor

Job Description

  • Identifies customers financial needs.
  • Sell various types of policies.
  • Provides advice to the customer in wealth creation environment.
  • Embed enduring long term relationships with clients, through supporting them in achieving their financial goals based on planning, advice and guidance.
  • Generates list of prospective clients.
  • Evolve sales strategies to compete with other insurance companies.
  • Ensure renewal of policies.

Competence/Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal skill.
  • Initiative and confident.
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills.
  • Must be professional, objective/customer eccentric.
  • Must be a computer literate.

Minimum Qualification

  • A first degree in any discipline or any social sciences.
