Job Position: Processing Sales Manager
Job Description
The incumbent will be required to deliver sales targets, champion partnership with strategic accounts, application of the industry value chain model, contributing to the company’s relationship management strategy and mobilizing internal and external resources to implement growth objectives.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Sales Growth:
- Required to drive sales in line with agreed targets. Identify the opportunities to increase customer profitability for a sustainable and profitable mutual growth.
Budgeting and Planning:
- Participate in the budgeting process to define the annual sales budget and medium targets for the areas of responsibility
Customer Management:
- Develop, at different levels, a transverse relationship with the customer and ensure the strategic alignment. Understand the Customer activity (competitive environment, growth strategy, productivity, profitability). Identify the Customer needs and drive opportunities in agreement with the processing sales strategy.
Strategy Execution:
- Develop and execute the local strategies for the food categories, cosmetic and E &D
Drive Productivity:
- Utilize the mandatory global processes and tools
- He/she must have knowledge in Food processing, technical and system expertise.

Experience/Qualification
- B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering or Bachelors Degree in Business related major
- Masters in Business Administration
- Computer Literate.

Job Position: Chief Finance Officer

Department: Corporate Finance
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the timely and accurate preparation and approval of all financial reporting materials and metrics for group reporting; prepare and communicate monthly and annual financial statements, reducing the reporting cycle over time
- Oversee budgeting, and the implementation of budgets, so as to monitor progress and present operational metrics.
- Ensure that finance staff maintain financial records in accordance with IFRS.
- Monitor the use of all funds, manage cash flow and forecasting, and maintain monthly cash flow forecasts.
- Maintain strong control environment. Oversee and update all processes and controls to ensure efficiency of department whilst maintaining robust reporting of monthly accounts.
- Proactively work with internal and external auditors to improve processes and timeliness of reporting
- Ensure compliance with all local taxation legislation. Work with Group Tax Director to optimise tax efficiency of capital structure
- Coordinate with Group Treasury to maintain and develop strong banking relationships both with local and international banks. Ensure compliance with all banking covenants
- Provide clear leadership to Finance team developing a ‘no surprises’ culture
- Periodic presentations to Board/Investors of business performance and outlook.
- Effective liaison with Operations, Legal and Commercial to ensure finance is both well informed and is supporting the needs of the business.
Technical and Behavioural Competencies
- Skills in examining, developing, re-engineering, and recommending finance policies and procedures.
- Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting a strategic vision into an operational model.
- Good technical IFRS understanding
- A hands-on manager with integrity and a desire to work in a dynamic work environment.
- Ability to balance needs of different stakeholders.
- An effective communicator, with strong oral and written skills, capable of working with diverse and changing cultures.
- Strong commitment to developing team members and ensuring the team as a whole fits the needs of the business.
Experienced and Qualification
- CPA/ACA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent essential; MBA would be a plus.
- 12 - 15 years + experience in managing finance, accounting, budgeting, control, and reporting.
