Garden Extract Limited is a diversified food company that provides an integrated suite of services for fresh produce including: finance, reporting and insurance; procurement; international logistics; ripening; sorting and grading; packaging and re-packing; distribution and transportation; and market solutions. We provide these services to over 400 customers in retail, foodservice and food distribution in major city centers across Nigeria. 

We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Position: Customer Support Officer

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Informatics Monitor application, systems and data to ensure quality deliverables
  • Informatics Handle customer inquiry via emails, live-chats and phone calls
  • Informatics Assist in statistics analysis and monitor the usage log and performance
  • Informatics Assist to identify support trends and potential product enhancement
  • Informatics Prepare and conduct training to customers

Requirements

  • Informatics degree in business administration, or related discipline is preferred
  • Informatics 1-3 years experience is preferred
  • Informatics Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Informatics Basic experience or knowledge in trading, shipping, import or export
  • Informatics Well-organized, responsible, multi-tasking and ability to work under pressure
  • Informatics Good problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Informatics Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Informatics Shift duty is required
