POSITION : Architect

Requirements /Qualifications

First degree in Architecture (Requisite certifications will be an added advantage)
A minimum of 5 years industry experience
Knowledge and flair for designs
The use of CorelDraw and 3D compulsory

 

POSITION : Accounting Officer

Roles & Responsibilities

  • The accounts officer is responsible for ensuring timely payment of bills, presiding over the monitoring and processing of payments and expenditure.
  • Provides reliable and pertinent information for organising and allocating funds.
  • Controls capital expenditures in all departments improving transparency and accountability.
  • Pinpoint assets and respond to risks that might affect the achievement of the organisation’s goals
  • Formulating and implementing the organisation’s financial plans and keeping account records up-to-date.

Qualifications

  • First degree in Accountancy, (Masters or requisite certification will be an added advantage), 2 - 3 years industry experience in Accountancy & Financial Management.

 

POSITION : Administrative & Operation Officer

Roles & Responsibilities

  • The Operations/Administrative Officer is expected to responsibly provide administrative, executive assistance and support to the Business Development Manager.
  • Deliver on assigned projects and achieve set targets
  • Work within precise limits or standards of accuracy
  • Project planning and execution.

Qualification

  • A relevant first degree, 2 - 3 years industry experience in Administration & Project management.

POSITION : Business Development Manager (ICT)

Role, Objective & Context

  • To support the General Manager while assuming responsibility for the achievement of the overall business goals of the ICT Unit.
  • Responsible for revenue-generation leading to the financial sustenance of the unit by sourcing for new clients and contracts.
  • Liaise with the GM for effective implementation of the ICT business strategy.
  • Prepare an ICT operational plan to support the sales budget.

Qualification

  • A relevant first degree, MBA or its equivalent (added advantage), 7+ years industry experience in ICT and technology.

Requisite Skills:

  • Strategic Leadership ability to drive both short and long-term brand growth and
  • profitability.
  • Sales & Marketing ability to convert marketing plans to actual sales.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • To report to the General Manager while assuming responsibility for the achievement of the overall business goals of the Training Unit.
  • Responsible for revenue-generation leading to the financial sustenance of the unit by sourcing for new clients and contracts.
  • Liaise with the GM for effective implementation of the Training Department business strategy.
  • Prepare an operational plan for the Training unit
  • Oversee the execution of training events ensuring that client optimises benefits and value from trainings..

Qualifications

  • A relevant first degree, MBA or its equivalent (added advantage), 7+ years industry experience in Learning & Development and Training coordination.

  • Accountable for the delivery of new business opportunities and new clients across varied products and service lines.
  • Delivery of new businesses from clients across varied functional areas, geographical regions (outside Lagos) and market segments.
  • Drive an increase in exposure and visibility for the organisation
  • Responsible for revenue-generation by sourcing for new clients and contracts.
  • Create an operational plan for strategic sales and marketing, driving organisational vision.
  • Create a strong online presence for the business.
