We operate BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) facilities and provide a number of technology-enabled services to the public and private sector.

 Position : Human Resources Manager

You should possess excellent written and oral communication skills.  Highly innovative with a proven ability to create and implement policies that sooths the Company. You must be result oriented and target driven, responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource function, Maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs and practices.

What will your job entail?

  • Recruiting staff - this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates.
  • Advice management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues;
  • Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs.
  • Conduct and analyze exit interviews and recommend changes
  • Maintain employee training records
  • Organize Training Programs that can be used to generate revenue
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulatory legislation and concerns
  • Develop and lead employee benefits management, safety, welfare, wellness and health policy and initiatives
  • Lead problem solving with CEO and principals on administrative and HR issues.
  • Establish and maintain an efficient HR system for the company
  • Liaise with relevant authorities/professional bodies on personal issues
  • Identify, highlight and resolve welfare issues; so as to enhance overall staff productivity
  • Ensure HRM policies are strictly adhered to in treating and processing personnel issues/transactions.
  • Working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures;

What skills and knowledge must you possess?

  • Excellent knowledge of the Nigerian Labour Laws
  • Good Working knowledge of fleet Management
  • High level of honesty and integrity

  • Good Leadership Skills
  • Flexibility but firm
  • Strong Organizational and analytical Skills
  • Able to maintain confidentiality of information
  • Ability to refurbish HR Department with necessary Structures
  • Good negotiation skills

Education and Qualification

  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Human Resources Management
  • Possess relevant Professional Qualifications
  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree
