POSITION : Field Quality Focal Persons (QFPs) - 6 positions
Job Profile
This is a Senior Officer position reporting to the Territorial Manager with a dotted reporting line to the Women’s Health Project (WHP) program manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination and implementation of Family Planning (FP) and Reproductive Health (RP) activities in the State.
S/He will give support to other QFPs to ensure that all SFH Franchise service delivery activities and/or interventions are implemented in a timely manner at the state level.
S/He will work with the Franchise and other stakeholders to identify and select facilities for interventions conduct clinic support days/Supervisory Support Visits (SSVs) as a means of capacity building for providers and ensuring quality of care to women and their families.
S/He will maintain a database of IUCD and Implant insertions and uptake of other contraceptive methods.
S/He will ensure the availability of misoprostol and all other SFH products in Franchise facilities.
QFPs in Expanded Public Sector EPSE states will be responsible for linkage with public health sector through advocacy visits to the Ministry of Health and other relevant stakeholders, identification and enrolment of public sector facilities for implementation of the project in the public sector and lead in the training of TOTs as well as cascade training to participating Public Sector providers on Long term methods of family planning and post abortion care..
Qualifications/Experience
Must possess a Medical (MBBS/MBChB) or Nursing degree (B.Sc Nursing) with current registration with appropriate national regulatory bodies.
A Masters degree in Public Health (MPH) or health promotion/management will be of added advantage.
Must possess a minimum of three (3) years post NYSC working experience in international health and/or family planning programmes.
Must possess sound experience in community mobilisation techniques.
Must possess sound technical knowledge of reproductive health and modern contraceptive methods.
Must be excellent at report writing and possess strong M&E skills.
Must possess experience in donor funded projects and advocacy skills.
POSITION : Deputy Manager Accounts, SFH Corporate Staff Account
Job Profile
Reporting to the Assistant Director- Treasury, the successful candidate will ensure that journals are raised and booked for all advance retirements made by staff within two weeks from date of submission.
S/He will prepare salary journals on current month and book into SAP before close of monthly financials and analyze all common cost/shared costs and accurately apportion/allocate to various projects within one week after close of monthly financials.
In addition, s/he will ensure all staff advance requests are reviewed and corresponding payment vouchers are processed within 24 hours.
Finally, s/he will review the staff advance ageing analysis on a monthly basis and assist monitoring cash flow/fund transfers & reimbursements from the various projects.
Qualifications/Experience
First degree (B.Sc/HND) in Accounting or its equivalent in a relevant field. Must be a Chartered Accountant.
Masters degree in Accounting/Finance or Economics will be of an added advantage.

Job Profile
This is a Senior Officer position reporting to the Managing Director (MD).
The successful candidate will be responsible for the primary objective to provide effective day to day administrative support and back up to the MD, managing all forms of incoming and outgoing communication on behalf of the MD.
S/He will be responsible for providing a comprehensive, confidential and professional support service to the MD in all aspects concerned with the efficient and successful operation of the office of the MD.

Reporting to the Deputy Chief of Party, the successful candidate will develop article for publication and upload to SFH website, develop reports from webinar sessions and facilitate media messages and materials development. S/He will document best practices on the SHiPs for MARPs project and publish success stories on the project.
S/He will liaise with Marketing and Corporate Communication Directorate to facilitate all communications related activities on the SHiPs for MARPs project and represent the project in critical areas requiring communication, documentation and gender mainstreaming.
Qualifications/Experience

Job Profile
This is a Senior Officer position reporting to the M&E Manager at the HQ, the successful candidate will act as the monitoring and evaluation specialist of the project.
S/He will manage the implementation of a variety of surveys and research studies and the MIS system of the Global Fund project.
S/He will conduct Quality
Data Assessment (DQA) to verify data reported by the partnering health facilities prior to the submission of
Progress Update Report (PUDR) to the donor.
S/He will support evidence informed programming, and will oversee and coordinate data collection for impact evaluation and operations research at field level.
Qualifications/Experience
Must possess a first degree in a relevant field. A higher Degree in Public Health or related fields and certificates in relevant M&E courses will be of an added advantage.
Must possess a minimum of three (3) years post NYSC work experience, preferably in M&E.
Must have previous experience in the use of the DHIS and other national M&E tools.

Job Profile
Reporting to the Assistant Director- Financial Reporting, the successful candidate will ensure that all SFH
products receipts, sales, sample issues and adjustments are posted into the sales data base.
S/He will perform bank reconciliations for all sales remittance accounts, create material codes for new materials to be procured, consolidates the inventory & sales reports from the various depots, and upload the depots monthly sales reports to the SFH ERP (SAP). In addition, s/he will consolidate and review results of all stock counts conducted during the year and prepare stocks summary reports for audit purposes.

The successful candidate will conduct audit of Global Fund sub-recipients/sub-contractors’ financial reports, assess internal control system, manage verification of assets, and ensure compliance with contract terms and donor rules and regulations.
S/He will review Global Fund transactions in SFH field offices and in the head office operations to ensure compliance with policies and procedures as per SFH and GF financial reporting and other regulations.
S/He will conduct investigation or forensic audit if fraudulent activities are suspected; participate in physical inventory counts of commodities, fixed assets, bank cheques and other accountable forms.
The successful candidate will review tax computations and other statutory requirements (e.g. PAYE, Pension, NHF, etc) to ensure compliance as well as conduct audits of cash funds at the head office and field offices.

Job Profile
This is an Assistant Manager position reporting to the HR Manager. This position will complement the functions of the HR Manager at sustaining a human resource department to effectively serve the people and HR needs of SFH.
S/He will help in executing HR processes such as recruitment, leave administration, organizing new staff orientation programmes, preparing job description.
S/He will be responsible for managing SAP e-recruitment module, deploying annual Employee Satisfaction Survey and manage staff welfare matters.

The successful candidate will have the primary responsibility of interfacing with the programme and research divisions on all research and creative briefs.
S/He will work closely with programme managers to develop evidence based creative briefs and campaigns to address identified gaps that communication must fill.
