POSITION : Relationship Officers 

Responsibilities

Client acquisition and retention
Maintain business relationship with customers and work constantly on improving to ensure excellent service delivery
Sales of Bank’s products and services
Planning regular calls and visits to ensure achievement against targets
Ensuring proper documentation and support are given to clients.
Daily reporting of all activities/calls                                                            

Qualification/Requirement

B.Sc/HND in Marketing or related field
3-5 years experience in Consumer Banking and SME
Proficiency in Credit writing
Existing clientele base
