POSITION : Regional Head Business Development
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate must have cognate experience in Mortgage, credit and treasury activities.
The successful applicant will steer the ship of these units at a Senior Management capacity.
He/She must be a self starter and confidence to grow the business considerably within a reasonable time frame.
He/She will be responsible for, amongst others:
Translation of the company's strategies into marketing plans.
Formulation and execution of Business plan.
Preparation/ presentation of monthly performance report.
Requirements
A business minded self starter full of initiatives.
First Degree in any social Sciences.
A very pleasant personality with quest for result.
Minimum of 8 years post graduate cognate experience, with at least 4 years at managerial positions of a reputable financial institution with proven track record.
He/She must have the required capacity to identify and mobilize business from Lagos and Southern part of Nigeria.
Understanding of Lagos Business climate is paramount
