Actic Beverages was incorporated 1n 2012 in accordance and compliance with the provisions of the Companies and Allied Matter Act 1990 of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The company at inception aimed at providing finest quality processed Table Water, Natural Juice and fruit Drinks to each Nigerian and the neighbouring countries. It however, started with the production of high quality sachet water pouches for the local community and started the commercial production of table water from January, 2012 while the production of natural fruit juice commenced in June 2013 and other products followed subsequently.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality management strategy and plans, including resource, systems, timescales, financials, to support, contribute to, and integrate within, the organisation's annual business plan and long term strategy.
  • Develop and maintain systems to establish standards relating to activities and products.
  • Develop and maintain systems to measure performance against established standards.
  • Monitor performance (in relevant areas) according to agreed standards and take necessary action to communicate/advise/assist according to performance levels.
  • Monitor and inform/communicate/apply standards created/maintained by external bodies, and integrate within internal quality management systems.
  • Establish and implement necessary communication strategy for the improvement and awareness of quality issues across all departments.
  • Plan and manage departmental activities in accordance with agreed budgets and timescales.
  • Report as necessary on changes in standards (internally and externally initiated) and on performance against standards.
  • Liaise and co-operate with quality management and standards bodies (e.g., BSI, Government Departments, HSE, etc) Manage staff according to company standards (appraisals, discipline, training, development, etc).
  • Manage departmental performance against agreed targets and budgets, and within policies and standards.
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers where necessary (where impacting/affected by quality issues)
  • Contribute to executive policy and strategy.
  • (If formal director) Execute the responsibilities of a company director according to lawful and ethical standards, as referenced in ... (whatever director policy and standards document you might use).

 

Qualification and Requirements

  • Minimum of HND in a relevant field
  • 1-3years work experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Must be Computer literate
