POSITION : Project Manager

Task

Responsible for overall site management and execution. Responsible for executing project according to the contract.
Maintains good relations with client.
Furthermore, you must have an eye for efficiency improvement and work in close cooperation with the supporting services.
You will be the link between the organization and the client.

Profile

Qualified (Master) in Civil or Industrial Engineering in Electromechanical Engineering or construction.
At least 10 years experienced in working on hydraulic engineering, construction or large marine projects.
Maximum age not more than 38 years.

POSITION : Site Engineer

Task

• Responsible as link between project team and the crew on board of our vessels.
• Prepare and follow-up execution of works with emphasis on production optimization.
• Responsible for logistics on site

Profile

• Qualified(Master) in Civil, Industrial Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering or Construction.
• At least 3 years experienced in working on hydraulic engineering, construction or large marine projects. Maximum age not more than 27 years

POSITION : Technical Superintendent

Task

• As a technical superintendent you will be part of our team on site.
• You will be responsible for the coordination of maintenance and repair of our fleet.
• At a later stage your main activities will be the follow-up of the dockings of some of our marine vessels

Profile

• Qualified Civil Engineer, (Master) preferably in Construction or Electromechanics and gained a minimum of 3 years’ experience, on large Construction projects, Marine or Oil and Gas environment.
• Maximum age not more than 27 years

POSITION : Surveyor

Task

• Performing hydrographic, topographic and control surveys. Assists in providing survey planning from field to finish and post-processing raw survey data into final deliverable products

Profile

• You have a Master Degree in Survey and gained a minimum of 3 years’ experience in marine and/or Oil and Gas industry. Knowledge of AutoCAD, Qinsy or other related programs for hydrographic surveys is an extra advantage.
• You must be pro-active and a problem solver. Maximum age not more than 27 years

POSITION : Facility Officer

Task

• Responsible for overall coordination of transportation (Drivers, fuel consumption, crew change) and travel (inclusive of flights).
• Responsible for maintenance accommodation and offices. General administration and sectorial work

Profile

• Higher degree in facility and administration management Minimum of 2 to 5 years experiences in similar position.
• Maximum age not more than 35 years

POSITIN : QHSE-S Engineer

Task

• Initiate and fine-tune the operation of the company’s safety, environment and quality system on sites, with particular emphasis on safety.
• Ensure that safety is approached and monitored in a structural way through risk analysis, preventive measures, information and action lists.
• Implement the safety system on the sites and provide further support via inspections, monitoring and certification audits

Profile

• Master Degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering and gained a minimum of 3 years’ experience on large construction, marine or Oil and Gas projects.
• Maximum age not more than 27 years

POSITION : QHSE-S Manager

Task

• Ensure that managers, process owners and supervisors develop and maintain their part of the QHSE-S.
• Ensure that the company maintains and/or obtains the required management certificates

Profile

• Master Degree in Civil or industrial Engineering and at least 10 years of QHSE-S experience in an industrial or civil contractor’s environment, preferably within marine, oil and gas or mining activities.
• Familiar with the elaboration and practical implementation of integrated Management Systems, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
• Maximum age not more than 45 years

POSITION : Legal Assistant

Task

• Prepare and process standard legal documents including contracts, board resolutions, CAC filings, statutory registrations and the like.
• Responsible for overall coordination of controlled documentation within the company.
• Can act as a coach for other document controllers in the organization

Profile

• Bachelor degree in Law or Administration.
• Minimum of 2 to 5 years document control experience.
• Maximum age not more than 30 years

POSITION : Statutory Accountant

Task

• Prepares the Statutory returns on a monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual basis.
• Address and resolve all queries on statutory returns and reports.
• Consolidated Financial Reporting.

Profile

• Qualified (Master) in Accounting and least 8 years’ experience in an international company as accountant.
• Operational knowledge of Tax Regulations & Law in Nigeria.
• Maximum age not more than 40 years

POSITION : Accountant

Task

• Assist in month-end financial statement close.
• Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services.
• Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures

Profile

• Degree in Accounting.
• At least 3 years’ experience in an international company as accountant.
• Maximum age not more than 30 years.

POSITION : Warehouse Supervisor

Task

• Plan, organize, supervise and participate in daily warehouse operation and activities, including the receipt, documentation, storage, safety and distribution of equipment and supplies and maintenance of inventory.
• Train, supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned warehouse employees; assign workloads to warehouse workers.

Profile

• Bachelor degree in a Technical or Social Science course.
• 3-5 years cognate experience in a complex warehouse environment in a multicultural/multinational set up.
• Experience in inventory management and software.
• Maximum age not more than 35 years

POSITION : Purchaser

Task

• Build and share market analysis at global and regional level taking into account brands and business priorities.
• Launch Request For Quotation (RFQ) and manage tenders process.
• Optimize supplier portfolio according to strategy. Negotiate contracts, service or supply agreements and ensure implementation in all departments

Profile

• Academic background in supply chain, preferably in air, ocean and/or road logistics.
• 3+ years of relevant international working experience in a similar role.
• Maximum age not more than 27 years
