POSITION : Operations Manager 

Minimum Education and Experience

Minimum of Bachelor of Science degree in a core Engineering discipline with a minimum of Second Class Upper division. A master’s degree in any of the relevant Engineering disciplines will be an added advantage
A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in an E&P company.
Must be capable of utilizing engineering and operational principles to resolve problems and identify hydrocarbon production enhancement opportunities
Must be capable of working with multi-functional teams in project execution.
Must have ability to plan, lead and execute development projects. Must be able to work under pressure
Must be very analytical and capable of delivering results
Must have strong interpersonal skills to work in a multidisciplinary teams.
Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
Provide support in the planning and execution of maintenance & major shutdowns, managing the commissioning and startup of new projects and plant modifications.
Support Drilling and Production Operations as appropriate

Requirements

The Operations Engineer must have a good knowledge of technical and operational practices and principles of production operations, well construction/engineering field optimization and development planning.
Must be able to manage and apply multiple concurrent field projects and work in a team environment.

POSITION : Reservoir Engineer 

Description

The Reservoir Engineering Manager must have a good knowledge of technical practices and principles within reservoir engineering including but not limited to reservoir performance analysis, optimization of fields, development planning, economic evaluation and reserves evaluation.

Minimum Education and Experience

Minimum of Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Degree in Petroleum Engineering or other relevant Engineering Degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper division. A master's Degree or equivalent will be an added advantage.
A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in Reservoir Engineering in the oil industry with an E&P Operator.
Must have experience in field development planning and well / project economic evaluation.
Interpret reservoir data, plots and graphs, and apply models to characterize reservoir or field properties. Run well/project economic evaluations, field development planning, decline curve analysis
Identify opportunities to optimize producing assets, improve recovery, increase production rate and reserve additions and develop reservoir performance predictions. Prepare estimates of in-place hydrocarbon volumes
Carry out reservoir surveillance, analysis, develop dynamic models and provide direction on subsurface engineering required for proper reservoir management of assets
Work with partners and regulatory agencies to gain alignment on well locations, data acquisition
Identify opportunities to optimize producing assets, improve recovery, increase production rate and reserve additions
Develop reservoir performance predictions. Prepare estimates of in-place hydrocarbon volume
Ensure reservoir and production due diligence on potential farm-ins and acquisition.

POSITION : Senior Level Telecoms/FMCG Sales Manager 

Responsibilies
Specific responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Advising on the Company’s potential long and short term growth strategies.
Continuously seeking market opportunities, conditions and associated business developments.
Managing, directing and motivating the company’s sales and marketing teams to achieve set targets.

Qualification & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Social Sciences or any other relevant field (but equivalent qualification and relevant experience can override this)
Relevant post-graduate qualification will be an added advantage.
Strong analytical, leadership and communication skills.

Experience

Minimum of 20 years' significant hands-on marketing, sales and/or commercial experience, particularly with experience in marketing and sales through various Channels, and preferably from the FMCG industry, ten (10) of which must have been spent in a senior management role.

Requirements

Good knowledge of FMCG, commerce, telecommunication or banking dynamics will be added advantage.

Prepare high level reports for the Company's CEO and advise on ways of improvement vis-à-vis compliance, methodologies and best practice to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

POSITION : Senior Facilities Engineer 

Minimum Education and Experience

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant Engineering degree (Petroleum/Chemical). A Master’s degree in Engineering will be an added advantage.
A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in an E&P company with a track record of engineering design/ operations of oil & Gas facilities.
Provide support in the design and development of production facilities from conception through implementation, including wellheads, flowlines, pipelines, oil/water/gas separation, conditioning and processing facilities.
Technical evaluation of quotation, project schedule and participate in the commercial evaluation of projects
Trouble shoot the process plant problems, suggest feasible short term and long term solution to problems
Develop, modify/review scope of work procedures/project execution plan in line with relevant specification and industry codes for job safety analysis
Manage and supervise engineering design and installation of repair works on company projects.
Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of Management and Contactors
Must be result oriented and committed to company goals.

Requirements

The Senior Facilities Engineer must have a good knowledge of facilities’ practices and principles in piping, process and facility engineering.
Must also be competent in the conceptual design, FEED and detailed engineering design, includes but not limited to the development/review of PFDs & P&IDs, facility revamps, optimization, Debottlenecking of Crude Oil Processing Platforms/Flowstation and Crude Oil Stabilization System.

POSITION : Drilling Engineer 

Description

The Drilling Engineer must have a good knowledge of well engineering, drilling and completions to provide support to company’s operations from the initial design to delivery of a well to production. Must be knowledgeable in drilling and completion practices.

Minimum Education and Experience

Minimum of Bachelor of Science Degree in a core Engineering discipline (Second Class Upper). A Master's Degree in any of the relevant Engineering disciplines will be an added advantage
A minimum of seven (7) years of or drilling experience, consisting of well engineering and rig operations is required.
Must have strong analytical, technical and operational skills
Ability to prepare work schedules and comprehensive drilling plans to meet project objectives and deadlines.
Monitoring day-to-day rig operations during drilling and completions operations
Provide immediate and effective solutions for operational continuity, equipment malfunctions and other onsite problems.
Liaise with project partners, such as geologists and drilling contractors etc, in order to keep up-to-date on all developments that may have an impact on drilling activities.
Responsible for executing the appropriate procedures for well drilling projects
Ensuring that drilling operations comply with statutory and regulatory requirements, with respect to health and safety and emergency procedures.
Must be capable of working seamlessly with geosciences, production and reservoir groups in executing drilling/operations engineering solutions.
Must have working knowledge of commonly used and relevant drilling/operations/production management software
Must have ability to plan and lead projects and must be able to work under pressure.

POSITION : Reservoir Engineering Manager 

Job Description

The Reservoir Engineering Manager must have a good knowledge of technical practices and principles of reservoir engineering including but not limited to reservoir performance analysis, field optimization, development planning, economic evaluation, production forecasting and reserves evaluation.
Must be able to manage multiple concurrent projects, work in a team environment, and be able to effectively communicate within and outside the organization.
Must have worked in a managerial position for at least 7 years in a reputable E&P company.

Minimum Education and Experience

Minimum of Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Petroleum Engineering or other relevant Engineering degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper division. A master’s degree or equivalent will be an added advantage.
A minimum of fifteen (15) years of relevant experience in Reservoir Engineering and Engineering Operations in the oil industry with an operator with a track record in Reservoir Engineering Management.
Manage all reservoir engineering functions within the company
Provide leadership within multi-disciplinary teams to ensure adequate reservoir management of the company’s assets.
Manage field development planning and well / project economic evaluation
Lead activities to optimize producing assets from a reservoir perspective leading to improved recovery, increased production and reserves addition. Develop reservoir performance prediction and prepare estimates of in-place hydrocarbon volume
Review surveillance, analysis, dynamic models and provide direction on subsurface engineering required for proper reservoir management of assets
Support/Update company-wide standard reservoir management practices
Support reservoir and production due diligence on potential farm-ins and acquisitions
Review and Approve year-end Assets’ reserves figures for regulatory authority’s endorsement
Must be result oriented and committed to company goals
Must be capable of representing the company with regulatory and government agencies
